During sessions, we can consider your learnt behaviours, that may be serving you less favourably. By allowing yourself to reflect on your thought patterns and behaviours we can examine any distortion, or negativity. Various approaches can assist you with improving your well being.One of the main aims will be to provide yourself with self care with treating yourself and others more respectfully.
We may well keep an account of your thoughts and feelings to gain a greater understanding with yourself, with your high and low moods that you may be experiencing. During sessions, we will always consider your best interest with your psychological and emotional wellbeing. I will offer you strategies and interventions, where appropriate to support you with the work we do during sessions. You may practise these self help tools with yourself, even when the sessions have been completed.
