Anxiety and Depression

It has been suggested by the NHS, that at least one in four adults suffer anxiety and or depression. In truth I estimate statistics could be much greater. As the difference between feast and famine increase more rapidly, in our western world. Our fast pace of life is becoming more demanding, disallowing people to provide selfcare for themselves. Many clients suffer from various anxiety disorders.

Do you suffer from any of these symptoms: sleep deprivation, nervousness, irritability? and physical symptoms such as IBS, shakiness, nausea. Depression can also play a negative part, where people give up,” oh what is the point” attitudes where some people find alternatives to escape everyday life. Some choose to engage in high levels of alcoholic consumption, recreational drugs, sex and hoarding. This sometimes leads to patterns of addictions. If you feel, I am able to assist you with any of the those mentioned, please contact me for a consultation.
